Grant Line Elementary is a school that offers a range of learning opportunities to students. It focuses on the academic, emotional, social and physical development of children. The school is governed by Floyd County Consolidated School Corporation, which works with parents and community to provide educational services. The corporation houses centers for administration, transportation, facilities and general services. It serves more than 12,000 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12, as well as conducts several adult-education programs. The corporation employs over 1200 full-time personnel that include nearly 750 teachers and more than 375 part-time employees. It is located in New Albany, Ind.
