Went to buy a mattress set. The one we chose came with mattress and box spring only, so I told the sales rep/store manager, Randy, who was helping us numerous times that we wanted to purchase a bed frame as well. As I'm paying and he tells me the total is $806, I say to him that is for the mattress, box spring, bed frame, and delivery? He says, Yes. Delivery day comes and NO bed frame!! Delivery guys tell me to call the store. When I call and ask about it they put a different store manager on and he tells me that I never paid for a bed frame, I will have to buy it for $59.99 and they will deliver it. I refused to pay for something that I'm sure I already paid for and I'm definitely NOT paying delivery fee again. I asked to speak to Randy and he wasn't in. He was supposed to call me first thing the next morning and didn't. I called him again and he conveniently wasn't available. Now, I will have to purchase a bed frame from somewhere else. I should have went somewhere else to begin with. Hell, Amazon or Wal-Mart sells bed frames for $37.99 and Amazon doesn't charge shipping. Bed frame at this store was $59.99! The managers at this store are a disgrace! I will NEVER shop here again! Save your time, effort and money and go somewhere else or shop online.

Very disappointed with my whole experience. Mix ups, lack of stock, and non deliveries. It took a month longer than they told me it would take to get my furniture, then they didn't even send it all. Don't buy furniture from them if you want it anytime soon. I had to make over 5 trips to that store. I even tried to just get a refund twice but it was going to take them over a week to get me cut a check. Absolutely insane how much I had to go through for some living room furniture. Sales staff always perky, not always helpful though. Only thing that was good for me was I finally got furniture that I like at a decent price. Service was not very good in the big picture.

Terrible! My experience was terrible. Long story short, I had to settle for furniture that I do not like. I also have been trying to get the broken recliner fixed to no avail. The staff was all happy happy happy when I was looking and paying. They did not bother to tell me that they had previous problems delivering over-sized and over stuffed pieces in my apartment complex. They let me pick out what I loved only to have to return it and pick out pieces that could be taken apart in the delivery truck, delivered and then put back together once inside. The salesperson had the audacity to say "I asked if this would fit in your apartment". Ummmm, my living room is 30X30, yes it will fit. However!!!! What she meant to ask is if it would fit from my door, thru the foyer, around the wall into my living room. She knew all along that the pieces that I picked out could not be navigated into the living room! She made the sell and there are no refunds so they left me no option. Sneaky & terrible!
