Burke Corporation manufactures and markets fully cooked meat products to be used as ingredients in food products for restaurants, food service establishments, frozen manufacturers of entrees and appetizers. Product lines range from traditional pizza meat toppings and meatballs to breakfast meats and Mexican-style meat fillings for foods such as enchiladas. Burke is a family-owned business with a more than 35-year history and a commitment to providing meat products to the food industry. The company is based out of Nevada, Iowa, but has coast-to-coast sales in the United States as well as some international orders in Canada, South America and Central America.
