I recently had a DUI and my first lawyer, with an .08/.07 said I had better take a "wet" reckless offer, and that "was as good as it good get". I got a second opinion from Mr. Phillips. He was very frank and told me that he thought a "dry" reckless was what a fair offer should be but made no guarantee. He had a dry reckless by his first court appearance!!
