      We were just passing through and had some car problems so we stopped here to have them checked. They understood that we were on a tight schedule and got us in very quickly. They listened to what I knew and then explained everything they did in easy to understand language. They checked the codes then went in and completed a more detailed check to be sure that what they saw lined up with the codes and that it was accurate. They covered everything to make sure they knew that they were fixing the right problem and shared their thoughts with me throughout the process.
      They were able to get parts in very quickly and had me in and out in only a couple hours from the moment I entered the building without an appointment.
      Both the front desk and the mechanic were kind, helpful, listened and explained.
      Although car problems are never fun I was very impressed with the service I received during my unexpected stop here today.

      My daughters and I were drivin...

      My daughters and I were driving when our check engine light went on and the speedometer quit. We were towed to Nephi by a Triple AAA driver. He towed us to BIG O tires because it was a Saturday and other shops were closed. The staff diagnosed the problem as being electrical and that it would be OK to be seen later. They also checked my fluids and recommended I have the transmission fluid flushed and changed. I was hesitant since my husband was out of the country but the transmission had been jerky so I did. It made a big difference. Even my husband noticed. The man at the counter was so considerate he even called my on my cell phone on the way home to be sure it was working OK because he was driving home that way too.

      I have been taking my cars to Big O for years and they have always done a great job for me. I thought I would throw a bit of a curve ball there way this last round when I took my 1965 Studebaker Commander to them. To my amazement they went right to work on it and had it running good as new in no time at all. I cannot say enough about the team of guys they have working for them. Really top notch!!!!
