EVERY time I send a piece of regular mail from this location it either gets lost or takes over two weeks to get places that shouldn't take that long. I had something take three weeks to get to Sheboygan, two weeks to get to Milwaukee, and now again something that's supposedly in transit that has taken over a week to get to Milwaukee again. This is horrible, to the point where I'd rather drive to Appleton and send something from there, because at least I know it will make it to its destination on time! I am currently home on maternity leave, though, so I thought I'd try my luck at letting Neenah handle a standard piece of mail. The intended recipient in Milwaukee said she still hadn't received it 8 days later.

Terrible. I drive to Menasha now because neenah started losing my business packages (never scanbing them in) after I annoyed them. Then when I file a complaint they started holding my amazon shipments for days.

Had a concern about change of address for my sister. They were very professional and helpful. I would rate their service as good to excellent.

WORST post office ever. I had my wedding invites weighed TWO times, just to make sure I knew what postage to put on each one. I put 5 cents extra, just to be safe. I went to drop them off, got the snarky little woman and she told me I would have to ship them as parcels with $2.50 of postage on each one. When I said that I didn't think that was right, she basically told me tough cookies. I hate going here and will never return. I will make the extra trip to Menasha or Appleton. SO unprofessional and rude.

This post office is very unprofessional. They can't tell you details on any mail u send out. If you have no mail to be delivered to your home they will not pick up outgoing mail which causes delay in some bills. Very very unprofessional and always have a very off putting attitude when I have called the post office. Wouldn't give them any stars
