I needed two large tees taken down in my backyard. Treeo's got the job because they gave me a good price seemed nice. My experiance with them went downhill after that. First, they did not show up the first day as agreed. The job boss called me two hours after he was to be there and said that they couldn't show because they were finishing another job and it was going to lightening storm out later anyway. Understandable,but there was no bad weather all that day. The next day their crew did arrive, late. The quality of the Treeo's work left something to be desired. I don't know if these guys were just careless or just plain incompetant. When they were hoisting a large limb down, it was dropped onto my neighbor ladys Arbor Vitae. It needed to be cut down and they did nothing for her. Their crew also damaged some of my bushes too. One tree was to be taken down to ground level, as in the agreed estimate, but they wanted more money to do it. It was left 4 feet high. Do not hire these guys.
