I live in the 1700 building and I have to say I love it here. The neighbors are great and building is quiet. I'm glad I didn't believe what i read and moved here. Very happy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Read the lease before you sign. They try to nab you on anything they can like making you pay for carpet cleaning, agreeing not to move out in the months of Nov, Dec, Jan, or Feb. Otherwise if the apartment goes unrented you pay for rent and utilities until it's rented or until March. There's never a rush on mowing lawn or plowing snow. Hardly ever salt sidewalks in winter. Maintenance requests never completed. Was no care in building the complex. Door moulding was cut too short and never patched, nail holes never puttied, only repaint every 3 years. Had a big problem with silver fish and millipedes. Shop around if you can.

If you ever plan to rent any apartment from Dublin Trail. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER ever agree to get any apartment/ studios room from Block 1700, DUBLIN TRAIL. (Especially for studios/loft from 1st floor). Please try to get aparments/ loft from other block. The main reason was within 2 month, there are already 3 apartments had flooded with water. We were told it was water sprinkler problem. Well, it happened again today (February 13, 2008). After the first 2 incidents, history happened again. I am not sure is that due to the same problem. What i saw was some poor guy apartment flooded with water. If ever single property you have are insured, you are welcome to rent any apartments from 1700, Dublin Trail, Neenah, Wisconsin. If not, think twice or try to get apartments from other block.
