As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ministry Health Care, we network closely with all the professionals within this comprehensive health system, accessing the strength and capabilities that provide the best possible care to our patients. Affinity Visiting Nurses has provided a full continuum of compassionate care to the people of the Fox Valley and Lake Winnebago region for many years. Based out of an office in Neenah, our home health professionals travel to the homes of patients throughout this beautiful region, including Brown, Calumet, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Manitowoc, Marquette, Outagamie, Shawano, Sheboygan, Waupaca, Waushara and Winnebago Counties.
