Great to work with a company that is not only Green Certified, but holds full CIMS GB with honors, which supports our LEED certification. Our cleaning staff is top notch, and consistently provides the high standards we expect and demand. None of the constant turnover we experienced with our last janitorial service.

Best cleaning service we have ever had, by far. They go over and beyond to ensure we're happy, and that our facility is maintained at the high standards we require. Their management and office staff is always friendly, responsive and keeps us in the loop about needed maintenance issues, etc. We've been contracted with them six years and look forward to many more.

The owner employs subcontractors that are Hispanic, can't speak English or understand English. When I call the office to speak to the owner, she is never around. Her employee turnover appears to be a lot higher than what she claims. Don't trust her, don't see her and won't give her my business.
Some of our crew is nice but there are times that things mysteriously disappear! The owner won't address our concerns and there always seems to be new people answering the phones.

We are so happy with our service we are taking a collection in the office to erect a statue of the couple that clean our office. So friendly, always take care if our needs, and really reasonably priced. 100% happy Office staff
After working with several other janitorial services in the area, and being quite dissatisfied with the quality of service we seemed to continuously find, I was extremely pleased to find Advanced Maintenance Solutions. They have provided facility maintenance to our company for over four years. The levels of cleanliness in our buildings have gone up tremendously since they took over. Their staff is trustworthy, pleasant, professional, and always going over and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
