Eliminate those simple, time consuming, often neglected, but necessary home maintenance tasks. Every quarter we complete a schedule of light maintenance home tasks as well as coordinate and oversee all needed 3rd party contractors. We also provide some à la carte offerings such as managing home deliveries, cleaning baseboards/trim, coordinating home improvement projects, restocking hardware supplies (e.g. light bulbs, batteries, filters), . . .well you get the idea.
