      Hillcrest Glass installed a shower enclosure a few years back. During installation they broke a tile. Our contractor fixed this, at not cost to Hillcrest. Our shower enclosure has always leaked. Many adjustments by Howie's team failed stop large puddles on the floor after every shower. A recent larger issue with the enclosure caused me to call Hillcrest Glass again. Howie keeps saying a technician will try to fit in a visit. After 8 weeks, and many reminder calls, it is clear Howie and his team are not coming and they do not stand by their work. There are many good glass companies from which to choose for project work. I strongly recommend using someone other than Hillcrest. Their customer service is horrible.

      I saw a nasty review on Hillcrest Glass and just had to write. What the staff lacks in friendliness, they make up for in quality of workmanship. I've had at least 10 jobs done by them and it's always first quality. Howie can be a bit sarcastic and Bernie is a bit shy but you're not paying them for their personality - you want quality? Go to Hillcrest Glass
