I received a flower arrangement from a friend who ordered them from out of state. The flowers arrived 2 days later from the original planned delivery date. I would say it was a pretty arrangement but definitely not an elegant arrangement for a dozen roses! Did I mention that the roses were cut very short and the arrangement was crowed with palms, mini-daisies and another green leaf filler?! Unfortunately, just 3-days out, the flower buds were leaning and atleast half had turned brown. I informed the sender who called 1-800- flowers. Well, its now 3-days after the call, the 6th day with the flowers, that by the way are TOTALLY DEAD and no flower replacement. So much for 7-day flower gauruntee. They didn't make it past 3 days! All this said, 1 out 5 stars because I can't hold the flowers at fault ! As the recipient, I do not recommend anyone use 1800-flowers as it was quite laid back with their follow up and ultimately provided no solution!
