I go there and my hair always looks amazing. They always have great customer service and are always willing to make my hair and experience in their salon perfect. Many of my friends go there because it is a very reputable salon in town. I for sure disagree with you completely. Its an awesome salon with a BIG 5 STARS!

Horrible job dying my hair. I asked them on the phone if they could make my hair blonde and they said they could. I get in there, and they say they dont have enough product to do it. They basically made it two shades lighter brown and gave it a red tint. Not what i wanted at all. In the end i got charged 135 dollars for making my hair two shades lighter brown. Dont ever go to this salon for dying your hair. You will literally want to "Curl up and Dye." Dont make the same mistake i made. Way too expensive and bull service. Oh and if i could i would give them no stars. They dont even deserve that.
