Item was dropped off at this store by our realtor, since it had been over a week since our item was dropped off we decided to call and find out what the tracking information was. This store still hadn't even bothered to mail the item ! The manager I spoke with was rude when she explained there policy to double the cost of regular priority mail !! This store is rude and I would never recommend them to anyone .
