We brought our Xerox Phaser 8560 to be fixed, the error code 07010,43. Which is a printer head tilt error. We originally took the printer apart and knew that the mounts on the process drive were not broken. Sent the printer to NSI after 3 days they stated that the process drive mounts were broken this was causing the error. Of course we were very skeptical because we knew this was not the case. We did not get the printer fixed and received the printer back from NSI. We opened the printer again to see and sure enough the process drive mounts were broken. The technician at NSI overtightened the bolts during their diagnosis and is blaming this for the error. We definitely not used them again. Please beware.
