I agree with MC from New Kensington. It is now July 1st and no awning. I have spoken witih the receptionist many times and keep getting told that the awning is being made up(sewn). Our original awning was defective so the manufacturer was replacing it gratis. However, after over a month and a half, I think the awning should be ready. My last call to the receptionist resulted in a "I'll find out and call you back" After waiting several days, I tried to call and no one answered. I went to the shop and there is a closed sign displayed. I personally think they went out of business and left their customer's hanging. I am really disappointed in them because the truth would have been a better tact. I am really angry.

We have been customers for several years. However, in recent years the level of service has suffered and spring put up schedule has been slipping. For example, this year we are more than 30 days past our scheduled put-up date and have already missed two put-up dates they had set for themselves since missing the original put-up date. Furthermore, the owner/manager has not returned our calls seeking an explanation for the excessive delay.
