Youth Services is a child, adolescent and family counseling and support agency that helps youth and families to find positive solutions for several issues arise during child development and adolescence. The agency provides support and guidance for young people and families to face the issues related to school, family conflicts, substance abuse, homelessness, emotional turmoil, running away and juvenile justice involvement. Youth Services provides school-based counseling services on issues related to academics and mental health. The agency is a part of the Santa Cruz Community Counseling Center, which is a nonprofit corporation that has been serving Santa Cruz County, Calif., since 1973. It accepts Medi-Cal and Healthy Families insurance in various programs. Youth Services maintains one of its locations in Watsonville, Calif.
