The perfect lunch spot!! The owner provides entertainment while the sandwiches are the best I've ever eaten.

A gourmet deli with an eat in cafe, take home meals, a wall of preserves, sauces & seasonings to make your own; Yellow Dog eats combines great barbecue with well designed & executed salads, & a varying seasonal offering of desserts including pies, cakes & other baked treats. Sort of like a general store, old post office & general meeting house for local constituents, Yellow Dog Eats boasts a dining area that leans- old building! Years of happy customers have spread graffiti all over the walls & tables. Many have to do with their 4 legged & 2 legged chow hounds. They serve home brewed iced tea & Starbucks coffee. Their barbecue is mustard based & sharp. Sandwiches all have names. Having their cool creamy coleslaw directly onto your pulled pork sandwich makes for a messily wonderful eating adventure. The entrance is a bit cramped & although handicap accessible; there is a bit of adventure just getting in & out of the front door. They have a garden area in the back to sit & eat in as well
