This company is operating illegally. They are not certified by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, and they don't have the required insurance to be operating as a taxicab. Their "cab" is also unsafe to be on the road. If they get into an accident while you're in the car, you won't have your medical bills paid. BUYER BEWARE!
