Don't go. They'll make you feel bad about waiting to long when you are sick to come see them (despite your multiple attempts to "get" an appointment), but down play any concerns when you come in early. The front staff is inconsiderate, but more concerning is the lack of professionalism. Should you have important diagnostics run, either don't expect a phone call, or expect an unqualified individual to call and mispronounce your diagnosis.
