I called again and tried to negotiate, the 1st guy HANG UP on me. I called again and he hang up again after he asked me to provide credit card. I called again and the woman received the call and this time, she asked me to send check otherwise they do not provide services. When I negotiated again, she hang up again.I think that they do not know how to treat customers. I also found from others that they actually always tried to have people install new operators since they do not know how to fix. Their visit fee is also higher comparing to others in Fremont area. I highly suggest you avoid them.
