this is a great service, however there is 0 ways to get a call back. just pay your bill and if you need to communicate, write a letter. also there is no competition in town so i guess it's no big deal to never call your customers.

...I've been calling them 5days in a row to use their service at our motel with no answer or reply to my messages I left them. I would like to comment positively but sofar not so good...

I have been using Wayno's for 25 years through two moves in two towns. I give them high marks!

The service itself is good. I love the convenience of having a dumpster living out where we do, but getting someone to call back is pure torture. I have been calling for that past month and still have not received a call back. I am wanting to pre-pay my service for a year and would think that they would like to discuss this with me, but nothing.
