Never showed up when scheduled for a system quote. Did not even call and when I called to find out what happened I was told that he was busy. I guess he will not be very busy in the future if this is how he runs his business. It is best that he did not show up as I hired an excellent responsible company to do the work. I also see other poor reviews for this business so I was glad I used someone else who was responsable and had good reviews.

Terrible from start to finish. Didn't tell me he charges $80 just to come to the house. Wasn't given an estimate on how much repair might cost, just starting digging up my yard. Found a hole in a pipe that was only installed 5 years ago - by HIM! Couldn't explain why there was a hole, which leads me to assume that he uses crappy material. Asked if someone was doing work over there (um, yeah-you guys last year when you winterized it!) Before he found the hole, he dug up a completely different part of the pipe in another area of the yard. While doing so, he got dirt in the valve so it wasn't working right, so he needed to get a new part. His business is literally around the corner, yet he wouldn't come back with it that day. When he came back the next day he replaced the part but didn't bother replacing the sod over the drain, so now there is a big pipe cover in my lawn. When I called to ask about it he had the nerve to tell me that it was like that before AND hung up on me. NEVER AGAIN!

Friendly and smart technicians and fair priced. Been using this company for 20+ years.
