6 months ago Sparkletts and many other delivery companies have started charging an "Energy Surcharge" fee, anywhere from 2 to 3 dollars on each bill. Now, if that's on EVERY bill with EVERY customer, that's a pretty hefty chunk of change! I found that these fees are just another way for a company to make extra money they're not really entitled to! If you have been hit with these so-called energy or gasoline fees, say something to the company! If they won't drop the fee, drop the company! I went to a website and found a group of lawyers that are thinking about going after these companies that are doing this. The economy is so bad right now, and it just makes it doubly bad when a company tries to cheat you!
Disapointing! One would think that a company as Big as they are, they would offer alternate ways of quality water than just bottled water. How about Softners and R/O cleaners of water that offers people a ultimate less expensive source
