i hate their customer service center its small and tiny with tons of people doing returns, getting money orders, and whatever else. they say they cash checks, but the three times i went there they say they ran out of funds, they dont cash checks anymore, BS cause they cant keep up with the demands. and they're freaken slow at doing there jobs!! i dont come here anymore i drive the extra mile and go to the walmart on ingram and herndon. worth it more and its cleaner!
