Horrible service after they collect your money. They say someone will show up and no one does and then suddenly you cant reach anyone on the phone anymore. They finally decide to call you back a week later and act like they are doing you a favor. We had to pay one contractor direct because he wouldn't take a Wallace pools check anymore. We had already paid Wallace but we guess he used that money for something or someone else. Trash stayed in our yard for weeks. It was an awful experience and we will NEVER do business with Wallace Pools again.
