Kevin came to install a garbage disposal and then he looked at the ceiling in our Dining Room where a leak had developed over the weekend. He scheduled an appointment for us and his assistant Nathan arrived promptly on time to see if he could determine where the leak was coming from. He took great care in placing his tarps to protect the floor and nearby furniture before he began cutting the ceiling drywall. He quickly found the culprit and sent pictures to Kevin. Shortly after, Kevin arrived and looked things over and explained what the issue was. He then went to get the replacement pieces. Working together, they replaced the cracked line and showed me what had happened. Kevin explained everything in a manner I could easily understand. Nathan then set about vacuuming up the drywall pieces on his tarp. He folded the tarp and then vacuumed the entire area around where he worked. The entire appointment took two hours. We are very pleased with their work, professionalism and quick response. We now have Wagner HVAC and Plumbing on speed dial for any future issues that may develop.
