I had an issue with my thermostat and Wagner was able to identify and fix the problem in a jiffy. Not only was the service technician on time, he was also polite and ready to answer in detail any question I had. I was also pleasantly surprised that the technician took the time to inspect my unit in its entirety to identify other potential issues and fix them on the spot. In all the service was reasonably priced and top notch. I would definitely recommend Wagner heating to my friends, family and colleagues.
