They were fair extremely helpful and friendly and courteous the store is clean and has many great items. I highly recommend them for any of your pawn store needs whether selling or buying.

My personal experince with value pawn I had a layaway with them since september for my kids christmas and yesterday i went to pay it off to get the phones to buy cases and put the plan on them and they could not find the I phones two days has went by and still can't find the phones. So know my kids can't get what they wanted for christmas. I would not ever return back to this store anymore after this. My kids are going to be un happy because of this two weeks befor Christmas. What if i would have waited for Christmas eve to pick them up sad!!!!!!!!! A very angry mom!!!!!!!! not even a one rate i want to give them!!!!!
