I offer deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish massage, Reflexology and stretching techniques massages. Rather than schedule a set amount of time, I aim for 60 minutes or longer of hands-on time, allow the massage to unfold at its own pace. Sessions may run over. Sessions last at least an hour . Most people prefer two hours massage with me.
