They did a great job.Timely,efficient,and made sure everything about my door was safe and in good operating order.
Was out looking for quotes for a new garage door. I checked into the local lumber yards, like Menards, Lowes, and Home Depot. They had good prices, but there product was not quality stuff. It was basically junk that wouldn't last that long. So, I called a few local companies for also. Auburn door was over priced for the quality of workmanship I've heard they have. Dekalb county door never even gave me a quote. Upright door had a great product, the salesman new his stuff, and the price was in my ballpark. So I choose Upright door to install and remove my door. I am very pleased with the service and installation. Sure you will be too!
My garage door broke at 3am and this company came out and had me fixed again by 5am. WOW!! Talk about great customer service!
Upright Door came out to fix my door opener this morning. I am very pleased giving that its a holiday weekend. The service man was very polite and had my door working better than ever, all for a fair price!

FAST, DEPENDABLE & RELIABLE! This past Sunday, my wife thought the garage door was up before she backed out of the garage. The car hit the door and was stuck in in the garage. My wife is a Sunday school teacher and we needed the car out. I called Auburn Door, Dekalb Door, Overhead door, and Precision door. None of them answered the phone on Sunday, even though they claim to be 24/7. I then called UPRIGHT DOOR and they not only answered the phone, but they came right over and got the car out. The repair man explained that the insurance company would cover the cost of a new door, so we had their team install a new one. Love the new door and the way it runs.
they are a well oiled machine. they were very efficient when they worked on my door. i could not figure it out . they were in and had my door fixed with in 45 mins. and i was able to kept my regular schedule. thank you for your service.
Great job. The nice young man who came and fixed my door was so sweet and polite. He fixed my door so I could get to my doctors appointment in time. Very reasonable in the price. Would recommend him to everyone.

Was having some issues with my door opener. Every time I hit the button to lower or raise the door, the operator would continue to switch on and off. I tried to figure this one out on my own, and couldn't figure it out. I learned years ago that if you don't know what you're doing, keep your fingers out of it because you usually cost yourself more money. So, I called Upright Door out to help me with the issue. They arrived on time and fixed the problem within a matter of minutes. They also went through the rest of my door and made sure it was safe and running smooth. 5 STARS for these guys!!1

My car was locked in the garage due to a broken spring. I called UPRIGHT DOOR, and they came out within an hour and helped get my car out of the garage.
