It also has a juice bar that offers nutritional foods, protein shakes and sports drinks. In addition, the center features basketball, volleyball and table tennis courts. The University Fitness Center offers Zumba, which is a fusion program of Latin and international music and dance themes. It features an indoor pool, outdoor spa, weight room and cardiovascular center. The center offers recreational swimming and individualized workout programs. The University Fitness Center also provides youth exercise programs and child care services.
