GUEST SURVEY CARDS WITH COUPON: We will provide you with a monthly supply of Guest Survey Cards that your guests can fill out and return to your host(ess) and receive a coupon for 10% off their next visit for taking their time to fill out the form. This will help you to generate a return visit of your guest. The Guest Survey Form will include questions that your guest can answer about their host(ess), server, and food. We will collect these Guest Survey Forms on a monthly basis and generate a report based on the responses. This can also be used to implement an employee incentive program. The bottom of the form will contain spaces for the guest to fill out their name, address, email, and birthday so we can generate a contact list for you to send out information on specials and promotions. VIDEO MYSTERY SHOP: If you elect to have Undercover Customer provide the video service, you will receive a DVD of our complete visit and a written report* detailing our experience from the minute we drive onto your premises until we leave (approximately one hour). The DVD will include segments showing the parking facility and surrounding area (i.e., dumpsters, trash recepticals, and outside lighting). Our video will capture the communication between your associates and our customers, including, but not limited to, initial greeting, timeliness in being seated, suggested up-sells, order taking, food preparation, timeliness of receiving order, food presentation, interior cleanliness, and timeliness in receiving the check. EMPLOYEE TRAINING SEMINAR: We will meet with your host(ess)s and servers and provide them with a 3 hour training seminar. We will provide you with a training DVD and training manuals for use with your current employees and new hires. We will create a custom training DVD which will include your own employees emphasizing what the proper procedures should be for each job position. We will meet with you to create these custom training materials.
