      Overcharged, broke the system and never came to fix it

      Stephen Mahony was called for an annual maintenance of my systems. He sent an inexperienced person by the name of John. He messed up a working system and couldn't fix it back after couple days. Over charged for a one man visit for two hours in the amount of $575. I asked him to come himself and fix what his worker has broken. Paid him in full in good faith. (that was a mistake). He dragged me for couple weeks and never showed up or responded.
