Excellent. The project took over a year and a half to complete, as the major part was outdoor reconstruction and needed to be on hold while redesign plans were confirmed and contractors became available during the summer months. I love everything they did. All the contractors were top notch.

Their work shows their professionalism, craftsmanship and commitment to the customer, which is very hard to find these days.

We highly recommend Twin City Home Remodeling and would use them again on future home projects.

We had several estimates before we made our decision to hire Twin City Home Remodeling. Although their estimate wasn?t the least expensive, we felt assured that the knowledge and professionalism of the owner, Joe Nelson would be worth it. We had a quick response from our first contact. Joe measured everything and shared ideas and possibilities right away on that first appointment. He worked with us to compromise on some of our ideas. He also showed us several options and ways to keep the cost down. Most importantly, he listened to what we wanted. Once we had drawings and most of the decisions made, the first crew arrived as planned with a dumpster that was placed in our driveway for only a few hours. They covered floors and carpet and really kept the mess to a minimum. We could hardly believe that the demolition took only 5 hours! These guys know what they are doing! I am very detail oriented and very fussy about every little thing. Plus, we had the added stress of having to go to the YMCA every day for eight weeks to take a shower! Terry, the project manager, did a good job of ?holding my hand? along the way, through completion. There were a couple of mistakes made and problems that arose as with any construction job. And, of course, I changed my mind and some of the plans throughout the course of the project. One issue was quite major. However, we were very, very impressed with how Joe handled the problems. He showed himself to be honest and a true man of his word (hard to find these days). Our new bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. All of the workmanship was pristine. However, Joe and the proficient way he cared for our concerns is the main reason that we would not hesitate to use this company again and refer anyone who needs a job done perfectly!

This is the second time we hired TCHR to do some remodeling for us. They put in a basement bathroom two years ago and assisted with some plaster work in our basement family room and replacing a window in our utility room. We were so pleased with the work and the employees we had contact with that we decided to hire them for our kitchen product as well. This year we hired TCHR to remove a wall between our kitchen and dining room to open up the space. We replaced the cabinets, had the old "popcorn" ceiling remudded and replaced with the "knock down" style to provided seamless transitions between the rooms and to save a little cost between that and a smooth ceiling. We are very pleased with the quality of the cabinets we chose through a vender TCHR recommended. We did run into some quality control issues on a few pieces of the cabinets but both TCHR and the cabinet maker stood behind their products and service and we are very pleased with the end result. The quality control issues did extend the time-line of the whole project but we were able to use the kitchen even as we waited for some replacement pieces. We also had a window replaced that looked into our three season porch from the sink area (from an old double hung window), stone backsplash was added as well as granite counter tops to replace the old Formica style. TCHR worked with us to keep our current flooring (replaced about four years ago) to help us keep costs down there and they covered the floor throughout the process to avoid possible damage. John (project foreman), Steve, Terry and Jack were all good to work with once again as were the sub-contractors who were hired to do the electrical work and plumbing. Since we had uses for the old cabinets, we were able to remove them ourselves before TCHR began which helped us save some demolition costs (though TCHR would have removed them for us in such a way that would have permitted us to reuse them.) We were also able to do our own painting as needed in the kitchen and the dining room in coordination with the rest of the projects time-line as well as the staining and finishing of the window by the sink. We appreciated those options to help us hold some costs down as well.

I have been working with Twin City Home Remodelers for several years now. We have a home that is 25 years old and was in need of updating. I hired them in the beginning because of their A+ rating and they have not disappointed. They have replaced two-thirds of our windows/doors, updated our three bathrooms, replaced all lights throughout the home (both inside and out), and most recently changed our popcorn ceilings to bead board ceilings and replace dour deck. I am extremely pleased with the work that they have done and as importantly, with the responsiveness I have received on every project I have hired them to do. They are true to their word which is what has brought me back to them time and time again. I will continue to use them for any future updates and would highly recommend them.

They re-sided the exterior of our home.

They did a super job. They came out earlier than expected. They told us the job would take 2 weeks, but they were done in a week and a half. They just did a great job!

The work was excellent. The men were pleasant, they cleaned up, and they were efficient. Brandon called me several times during the process to inform of scheduling and to be sure I was happy with the job. the final payment wasn't due until I was completely satisfied with the job.

The owner and crew were fantastic in all ways! Joe came to our house and discussed options and helped us decide how we wanted to go. Then they took care of ordering everything and getting it delivered to our house The first class crew came out and over a couple weeks removed all of our old stuff, installed the new windows and doors, and cleaned up beautifully. They were great to have there, very friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to go to this company again, and will.

From the planning to the final project everything was done very professionell from the entire team. The service provided by Brandon Hoehl , Joe Nelson, Ken Perry, and the oversight of Field Production Supervisor John Lanning was especially appreciated.

Very detailed and impressive! Brandon came out to do our estimate and had good ideas and was way more knowledgeable about the actual construction aspect than any of the other companies we spoke with. We felt very confident. It was nice knowing he knows how to do the work and that they got a great team that stands behind what they do. The workmanship is exactly the quality we expected. We couldn't of dreamed it being any more beautiful. We are very happy with the communication and feel like everyone should use this company. Thanks for delivering beyond our expectations! Bath Remodel. Found the company and all workers to be honest, ethical, skilled, thorough and patient. Very satisfied with the results!

Total remodel of our bathroom. A total gut job and start fresh. We clicked with the owner of TCHR immediately and with all of the employees at TCHR. Very, very responsive. The took into consideration that we had no other shower/bathtub and worked diligently to make sure we were not "outed" too long.

Twin Cities Home Remodeling finished off a laundry area and remodeled a bathroom in the lower level of my house. The work was completed professionally by experienced workers. The quality of the work is very good. Advice given for product and design was very good and I am very pleased with the end result. I would say communication during the work could have been better but when issues were raised, they were addressed immediately, corrected and completed.

I had three bathrooms in my home updated (new counter-tops, sinks, fixtures, shower doors, painting of walls, removing popcorn ceiling, and painting). I also had them replace all door knobs and light fixtures throughout the house. They did a fantastic job. I received quotes from 3 companies and although they were not the least expensive (within a few hundred), I felt the most comfortable with them and their knowledge of what needed to be done. Joe, Ken, and Jack did a great job on keeping me updated on the status. They also worked to make sure that there was little disruption throughout the project. We are very happy with the final result!

I would definitely use Twin City home remodeling again. They recently installed an Onyx collection shower and roughed in the rest of our downstairs bathroom.

Installed concrete pad for hot tub, deck around it, removed window and installed door, and repaired siding. The folks that we worked with were all very professional and personable. The design got a bit tricky with property lines and Joe was in great communication about how to make it all work. We also had things not go as planned due to tree roots, but again they problem solved and were in great communication throughout.

Joe and his team were fast, friendly and professional. We had purchased windows that were about $220/each and instal was over $400/each. Overall we are satisfied with the work done.
