The Turlock Unified School District, also known as TUSD, serves more than 13,500 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. It manages various elementary, middle and high schools. The district schools provide lessons in English, math and physical education. The Turlock Unified School District s schools also offer special education classes to students with learning difficulties. Its schools operate libraries and provide guidance counseling services, as well as administer the English Language Learners program. The district s schools offer various sports activities, such as soccer, tennis, and track and field. The Turlock Unified School District operates administration and human resources departments. It governs Brown Elementary School, Dutcher Middle School and Pitman High School.
