This was the most unprofessional customer service that I had experienced. They dishonest way they charge and the way that the "managers" treat you is like you are nothing. They have a sign that says they are open to 5, but there dispatch says they will accommodate you till 11 pm, when you get there you get a rude manager who refuses to give a detailed itemizedi information, but says, if they give us a hardtime, then we will give them one, and refuse to give the car, for two days. We got them by the "balls", says the manager, not only that their was extreme damage to the car. The communications is horrible, so many people claiming they are manager and you can not find out the basic information who owns the facility, they threaten call the police if you do not listen to them, and wanted to charge 100 to 75 dollars more. When you are the consumer, you feel violated. they charge all the hidden fees, storage, tax, double towing charge it was a nightmare-

All goals provided by the staff were exceeded. From the initial estimate to on time delivery of the final product.

GL 350 Blutec was overdue for Service D. Willie also advised us that we needed new tires and new brake pads. The experience was very efficient at the dealership - and the service area is pristine. Because of the extra service my vehicle required, the car was in service for three days, but we were provided with a loaner car, so there was limited inconvenience. Overall, despite the lengthy visit, it was a very good experience, and my car was returned completely clean inside and out (very very much appreciated).

Be careful. We signed an invoice and were quoted a price but when our credit card satement came in there was an extra $20 charged to our account that was not authorized. Tumino's "forgot" to tell us about the extra charge and forgot to add it to the invoice we signed, but remembered to add it to the credit card they charged. They refused to remve the extra charge.

Watch out! They over charged me! Quoted me a rate of $115 for a job that took 1 hr, then charged my credit card $230. When I called to complain, they then disclosed there was a 2 hr minimum...even though the job took 1hr...I was there, the job took 1 hr! (this was the Westampton, NJ office)

As I was driving northbound on the Garden State Parkway this morning, I noticed a truck stopped on the shoulder. I was driving in the right lane at 60mph when this truck pulled right out onto the crowded parkway without any warning. He didn't take the time to wait for a break in traffic, and it was like he was the only vehicle on the road. I swerved onto the shoulder where he was just sitting and the van behind me slammed on his brakes and went into the middle lane, almost hitting a car there. I took the license plate number of the truck and saw that it was a Turminos Towing truck. I called the company and explained the incident. The man on the phone sounded like he really didn't care. The carelessness of that driver almost caused a serious accident. I would never use this company and if you see one of their trucks- watch out!
