Americans today are fighting an obesity epidemic. Epidemic is an unusual term, for it reminds me of a disease or plague that has no cure. Who is to blame society, technology, restaurant and fast food? It doesn't t matter! People tend to put the blame anywhere but themselves. The truth is, there is a cure to obesity, it comes from within. You have to make the decision right now and decide that you want to live a healthier life.
