The staff was rude and acted like they didn't care if they got my business or not. I called about getting a belt fixed for my car and the lady I talked to told me to come in on Monday Morning to have it looked at. I showed up and she rudely told me well everyone is busy so it's going to be a long wait. I had called and set up an appointment for a reason but with it being a small job I just don't think they wanted to deal with me. Also I was told to move my car from were I had parked witch is no big deal but they had no parking at all there was one spot but a guy parked there before I could. I called someone else to do the job and with out even looking it up he told me my belt was self adjusting and needed replaced not fixed Triple J had no clue about this I don't think newer cars are there thing I wish they would have told me before I wasted my time. They are a AAA approved shop and I feel bad for the people that must go to them if they treat others the way I was treated.

this place is big joke if you do not want your cars damaged do not call this place for anythang. The biggest thang that i would like to know is how AAA auto club likes getting ripped off everyday by this place. And i argee with the other presons review that they do not know what they are doing when it comes to operating a tow truck i thank they need to go to school for towing and recovery myself because they damage more cars then they do good.So i would not call them if they was the lats towing company in town. i would not give them a star but i do not have a choice but to give them one.

to tell you the trueth about this place they need to hire people that knows what they are doing and the owner needs to learn how to run a business and get get a book keeper that is not on probation for ripping off the goverment they need to go to school to learn how to be tow truck opperater over the first snow they could not even pull car out of the ditches they have to have other people come do it for them this place would be the place i would tell people to call
