Zero stars David was here Tuesday 5/24 and said my AC is not repairable and that I would be getting a new one once he turned in his work order it is Friday 5/27 Memorial Day weekend and l or my warranty company has heard back from him or my work order it was 100 degrees on Wednesday I had to buy 2 portable ac units because of this incident I’ve been without ac since Sunday he spent 25 minutes tops I even gave him a water didn’t do nothing but went up on my roof and wouldn’t u think if I was going to get a new unit that he’d turn it in asap? Well he does not return calls or emails to me or warranty company
