i.e., We had Tip Top maid service perform a move out cleaning for our home. When we inspected the cleaning job, we found that the maid had left piles of dirt and dust in the corners of the floors, did not dust the window sills and did not clean the drawers in the bathroom. When I called the company to see if they could fix the situation I spoke to the owner of the company, who was extremely discourteous. He told me that he could not be bothered to send someone out to finish the job and told me that I should have the new renters finish the cleaning. When I told him that this was unacceptable he became belligerent and accused us of creating the mess after the maid had left the house. When I told him that because of his poor customer service he lost a potential repeat customer he told me that he didnt need my business. It was my experience that Tip Top maid service will not thoroughly clean your home and does not care about customer satisfaction. I would avoid this cleaning service.
