I thought I could plan my June 2009 wedding myself with the help of friends and family members. But that was no so. Everyone who said they would help has backed out or plain out didnt remember saying they would do anything. I was stuck with three weeks left to go and no decorations or food. Then I found Cicely and Thrifty Chic Events. She stepped in with a reasonably priced caterer and did all my decorations. I couldnt believe how effecient she was. I stepped into the banquet hall and I was totally shocked. It was like a fantasy. I thought Dave Tutera had come in and taken over. there were crystals and flowers everywhere. My guests told me that they hadnt been to a real wedding like that before. They had only seen stuff like that on Platinum Weddings. I totally recommend Thrifty Chic Events. My only regret is not letting them plan the entire wedding.
