I have to give it a 1 star cause it doesn't let me do 0. This place is a scam and will rip you off. I had a bed bug problem at my apartment. They came and did a heat treatment not very well may I say. Most places I talked to says it is a few hours prosses they were in and out in under 2 to 3 hrs. With in a day or two of the treatment my kids were still getting bites. They said bits can still show up it takes a few days for them to show. 3 to 4 days layer still getting bit. No response would come back. They said they would come out and dust a couple times they did still bits. They kept putting us off for quite some time all we wanted is them to honor their warranty "which they will not". They would come and check and say no bugs kids still getting bites. Then they wanted till the "warranty" was up then came and said yeah you have them still. In order to treat you would have to pay again cause your warranty was up. "Really" Scam straight up don't go here!!!!!!!!!!!!
