I'm pretty sure I saw the car they wouldn't let me drive (making payments on the repair) parked outside of my house last night. I called this morning asking to speak to a manager if available. The person that answered ended the call without saying a word. That's horrible. They also never bothered calling me to tell me what the problem was or when the car was completed.

This is not our usual Garage we take our vehicles to because it is not 6 blocks from our house but they have always done right by us when we can't get into our regular garage and especially in emergency's day or night. We have had them work on our different vehicles about a dozen times so far

I have done business with Thompson's several times and am always impressed with their work. Whether scheduled or emergency, they're the best!

We had our AVIS rent-a-car break down on us 55 miles outside of Duluth. Andy from Thompson's T-Express picked up a new rental for us at AVIS in Duluth and delivered it to us in Port Wing Wisconsin in record time. We spent more time waiting on hold with AVIS than it did to get a new rental 55 miles away. Andy helped us unpacked the broken down rental and repacked the new rental and we were on our way. Thompson's T-Express made a bad trip a little better. Thanks Thompson's T-Express & Andy for your Excellent Service!!

I broke down and Thompson's Towing was there in less time than expected!!!The driver..I believe his name was Caleb was extremely efficient and informative. He was quite charming..he had the most interesting and hilarious stories...i wish we coulda talked over drinks...??...He definatly deserves a raise!!!! Thanks for the excellent service...i'll pass on the word. :)
