Eric's great! I called him, looking for a local professional, when my water heater broke and a neighbor that was going to install a new one for me, had flaked out. Eric was prompt, told me how long it would take, approximately how much it would cost, was finished when he said he would be and even hauled away the old water heater. He was super professional, knowledgable, reasonably priced, and did the work himself. There are lots of good plumbers, but if you want a tankless specialist he is your guy. After the installation of our tankless water heater the installer (Eric) took the time to explain not only the units functions but also how the remote control can run diagnostics. My neighbor paid over 1000.00 for his unit that had a lower water flow rate and not even close to as clean of an installation. We were pleasantly surprised when the estimate and bill actually matched. Nice change from the usual bait and switch.
