I hired Tax Xperts to help in my situation, thought they had done a good job till the IRS garnished my earnings. Tax Xperts helped me file my 2007 taxes and said it was fine. We filed an Offer in Compromise on some fines. IRS garnished on the Taxes said they did not accept the return sent in. I have tried for 2 months to make contact with Tax Xperts and they ignore every effort. I have called left messages, emailed, faxed, and sent an overnight express mail asking them to contact me, they don't. So pay your money and hope for the best, but if they make a mistake believe me you are on your own, they do not care. I do not call that a reputable company when they will not make contact with a client. I paid Tax Xperts 2,500 and I get the IRS wanting 22,000. so much for their help. I give them a zero rating for abandoning a client in her time of need.
Didn't know what to do! IRS had levied my bank account and my salary. My rent was going to bounce. They released these levies the same day. Thank You so much, my lifesavers!!
