PERFECTION!!! Dr. Eddie and his crew did such an amazing job. Professional, honest and they treat you like family. I cannot recommend them highly enough - They had my stove installed quickly and you could tell they care about their customers. I am forever thankful! They have a customer for life!!!
The stove doctor told our family that he would arrive on four different days and did not show up. He made various excuses for his absences. It is winter time and our electric heaters can only maintain our house at 60 degrees. He was aware of that. We counted on him to fix our stove pipe that was damaged, so our stove was completely inoperable. Do not count on this company to show up when they say, they are not reliable.
Eddie and his team do a great job. He sold me (at a great price) a used pellet stove another customer had traded in and it looks beautiful after his restoration. It runs perfectly too. He returned a couple of times to help get the electrical installed and is always courteous, prompt and friendly. I recommend his services without hesitation.
The stove doctor was my life saver. Not only did they do a beautiful job installing my gas insert, which was a tricky and complicated job, they also helped me fix my hot water heater which had gone out at the same time. They went out of their way for me and we're always at least 5 minutes early to each appointment. I highly recommend them!
Eddie The Stove Doctor to the rescue! We have had issues with our gas fireplace (installed by someone else) since day one. Eddie was happy to come right over and evaluate our problem. He is very methodical and careful to check everything. I loved that he explained his process and helped us understand how the fireplace worked. He was very careful on this rainy day not to get our hardwood floors dirty as he worked. Our fireplace works beautifully now. We referred him to a friend the very same day!
I recently had a pellet stove installed by Eddie and his crew. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and committed to their customers. I would not hesitate to recommend The Stove Doctors.
Upon recommendation from two different sources I trust, I called Eddie at The Stove Doctors to repair a pellet stove in a property I manage. I was promptly scheduled and during the entire time he was working on the stove, he was updating me and sending me photos so I would know exactly what was going on. (I was unable to be present the initial morning). He was very straight forward, courteous, and professional. We knew several things were wrong with the stove, and he addressed and informed me of everything. As there were/are guests in the home, he made several phone and house calls, even in the night to accommodate the guests and fill me in. Despite multiple problems, he not only sent me photographs and kept me in the constant loop, he met with myself, other employees, and guests to educate us on the particular stove, even providing us with show and tell. I would definitely call the Stove Doctors again and recommend them to anyone. I received the one best service in a long time!
Being new to the area, I was looking for a fireplace Pro to install a pellet stove I just purchased. I contacted Eddie from Stove Doctors who gave me valuable info to make a informed decision. i proceeded to do research and decided that the Stove Doctors were the people I would have install my Pellet stove. I booked the appointment. On the day of the installation Eddie and His Son Tyler arrived promptly and got to work ; they installed the stove very quickly and were very patient with all my questions. Both Eddie and Tyler took their time in making sure I understood the workings of the Pellet Stove and how the installation Technique which would be used on my particular situation. it should be noted they took great care in not damaging any of my
belongings and left the area they were working in very clean. i would recommend Stove Doctors due to their Professionalism and promptness I feel that they cared that the stove was correctly install, and that I was up to speed on using the stove. The Stove Doctors are the Company I will call to service and maintain my stove.

The Stove Doctors are Great.....I called them from a flyer I received from them and they came out promptly to fix my pellet stove. Eddie and his son Tyler are very knowledgeable and they fixed my stove quickly without incident. I have had no problems at all since they fixed it. They are both well spoken and clean with their work. I would recommend them to anyone. They are Great!
We have worked with Eddie Claros for the last 8 yrs. He installed our 3 gas stoves and 1 fireplace in our new home..He did an excellent job..

The Stove Doctors are amazing! Eddie and his son came to my house to fix a problem I've been having with my stove off and on for a few years now. I had another local company come and they couldn't ever fix the problem and just charged me a bunch of money. Eddie has serviced my stove in the past, before he moved away and came back to Humboldt. He and his son did the job, fixed my stove, and I haven't had a problem since. So glad Eddie is back in town and I would recommend The Stove Doctors to anyone!
