The NACTT Academy endeavors to be the best and most credible source of consumer bankruptcy legal education and a catalyst for creative thought concerning consumer bankruptcy matters. The Academy encourages consideration of Chapter 13 as an important option for consumers who need relief under the Bankruptcy Code; creates and disseminates resources which educate and assist participants in the consumer bankruptcy process; and advocates for improvements in the quality of consumer bankruptcy related services.
