The H.E.R.O. Project is a non-profit organization that focuses on the growing concern of childhood obesity, diabetes, heart disease, as well as negative social pressures (bullying, etc) within communities that hinder a healthy lifestyle amongst youth and families. The H.E.R.O. Project promotes the well-being and future of our community by providing child obesity prevention presentations, health and fitness programs and character education (anti- bullying) presentations to children and their families.
